bi33 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using the Platform

1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and bi33 ("bi33", "Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bi33 website accessible at bi33.bet, including all betting, gaming, promotional, and account-management services offered therein. Please read this document carefully in its entirety before registering an account or placing a wager on the bi33 platform.

By accessing bi33.bet, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or betting market offered on the platform, you are indicating your unconditional acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform and close your account. bi33 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.

In order to register an account and use the bi33 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis:

• You must be a natural person aged 21 years or older. Organisations, corporations, and automated entities may not register accounts.
• You must provide a valid Bangladeshi mobile number that you own and control. The mobile number will serve as your primary login credential and identity verification channel.
• You must not already hold an existing bi33 account. Each person is entitled to one account only. Creating multiple accounts is a breach of these Terms and will result in account suspension and possible forfeiture of funds.
• You must not be accessing bi33 from a jurisdiction where online betting is explicitly prohibited by law applicable to you personally. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online betting in your location.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of bi33 or any of its game or technology providers.

4 Account Registration and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your bi33 account credentials at all times. bi33 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to secure your login details.

• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You must keep your login credentials confidential. You must not share your password with any third party. bi33 will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or telephone.
• You must notify bi33 support immediately via the Help section in your account if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• bi33 reserves the right to carry out KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any time. You must cooperate fully with all KYC requests and provide documents within the time frame specified. Failure to cooperate may result in account restriction or closure.
• bi33 may close or suspend an account at its sole discretion where it reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraud, money laundering, or any other conduct prejudicial to the integrity of the platform.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

bi33 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay, as well as certain bank transfer methods. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following conditions apply to all payment transactions:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. The maximum deposit per transaction may vary by payment method and is displayed on the deposit screen within your account.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account or wallet registered in your own name. bi33 does not accept deposits made on behalf of another person. Third-party deposits will be returned and the account may be suspended.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where possible. If a different withdrawal method is required, identity verification may be requested.
• bi33 aims to process withdrawals within 10 minutes of approval. Processing times may be extended in cases where additional verification is required, where there is a technical issue with a payment provider, or during periods of unusually high withdrawal volumes.
• Funds derived from bonus winnings are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the relevant promotion terms before they become eligible for withdrawal. Real balance (non-bonus funds) is not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time subject to the minimum withdrawal threshold.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

bi33 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered users, including a welcome bonus for new accounts. All bonuses are subject to the terms set out in this section and, where applicable, additional terms published on the relevant promotion page.

• The welcome bonus is available to new players on their first qualifying deposit. Eligibility is limited to one welcome bonus per player, per household, and per payment method. The maximum welcome bonus amount is ৳20,000 or as otherwise stated on the applicable promotion page.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier is stated on each promotion's individual terms page. Wagering requirements must be satisfied using eligible games only. Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements; contribution percentages are stated in individual promotion terms.
• Bonus funds expire if the applicable wagering requirements are not completed within the time limit stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonus funds and associated winnings will be removed from the account without compensation.
• bi33 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim bonus funds and associated winnings where bi33 has reasonable grounds to believe that the user has abused the bonus system, circumvented wagering requirements, or colluded with other users to exploit promotional offers.
• bi33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will not retroactively affect wagers already placed under the prior promotion terms.

7 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting, casino games, and crash game wagers placed on the bi33 platform. Specific game rules for individual casino games are published in the respective game's help or rules section.

• All bets are final once confirmed. bi33 does not accept bet cancellations after confirmation, except in circumstances where a bet is voided by bi33 due to a data error, market suspension, or event cancellation.
• In the event of a technical failure during a casino game session that prevents the game from completing, the round will be voided and the stake returned to the player's account. bi33 is not liable for losses attributable to third-party game provider technical failures beyond bi33's reasonable control.
• bi33 reserves the right to void any bet where the odds or payout were clearly incorrect due to a manifest error ("palpable error"). In such cases the bet will be settled at the correct odds and any overpayment will be recovered from the player's account.
• For cricket and football markets, settlement is based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g. ICC, FIFA, BPL governing body). In the event of a dispute about the official result, bi33's decision following review of available official sources will be final.
• Maximum payout limits apply to individual bets and accumulator bets. Current maximum payout limits by sport and market type are published in the betting rules section of your account. Winnings that exceed the maximum payout cap will be limited to the applicable cap.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bi33 platform. Engagement in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with the platform, or exploit any feature of the platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of manipulation of sporting events, casino game outcomes, or crash game mechanics. bi33 actively monitors for and reports suspected match integrity violations to relevant sporting bodies.
• Colluding with other players to exploit bonuses, artificially inflate balances, or manipulate game outcomes in multiplayer settings. This includes chip dumping in poker-style games and coordinated lay-off betting.
• Using the platform to launder money, process proceeds of crime, or facilitate any financial transaction that is unlawful under Bangladeshi law or international financial crime standards.
• Registering multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, for the purpose of claiming multiple welcome bonuses, circumventing a self-exclusion, or evading account restrictions.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, circumvent, or exploit any software, algorithm, RNG system, or security feature of the bi33 platform, whether for personal gain or otherwise.

9 Responsible Gaming

bi33 is committed to providing a safe, controlled, and responsible gaming environment for all users. bi33 recognises that gambling can become a problem for a small number of users, and maintains a suite of responsible gaming tools to help users maintain control of their activity:

• Deposit limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from the account settings. Once set, a deposit limit cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours. Reductions take effect immediately.
• Session time limits: Users may set a maximum session duration. When the session limit is reached, the user will be automatically logged out. Session limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Self-exclusion: Users who feel that gambling is negatively affecting their life may request a self-exclusion period of between 1 month and 5 years. During self-exclusion, the account is closed to all gaming and betting activity and the user will not receive any promotional communications from bi33.
• Reality checks: At configurable intervals, bi33 displays a notification showing the user their current session duration and net gaming balance. This feature is enabled by default and can be configured from account settings.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bi33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of goodwill, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if bi33 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

bi33's total aggregate liability to any user in respect of all claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit bi33's liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the bi33 platform — including but not limited to the bi33 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of bi33 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming activity in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the bi33 platform without the prior written consent of bi33.

12 Amendments to These Terms

bi33 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, bi33 will provide reasonable notice to registered users — either by publishing a notice on bi33.bet or by notifying users via their registered contact details — prior to the amendments taking effect. The date of the most recent update is shown at the top of this document.

If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, your sole remedy is to close your account and cease using the bi33 platform. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the amended Terms.

13 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising between you and bi33 in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform that cannot be resolved through bi33's customer support process should be submitted in writing to bi33 via the contact details provided in Section 14 of these Terms. bi33 will endeavour to resolve all disputes in good faith and within a reasonable time. Nothing in this clause limits bi33's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
